Instructions

  1. Dust chicken with seasoned flour.
  2. Mix beaten eggs with milk.
  3. Dip chicken into this mixture.
  4. Roll chicken in the flour sesame seed mixture.
  5. Fry in oil until light brown and cooked.
  6. Cream Sauce: Blend flour into the melted butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
  7. Mix together cream, chicken stock and whipping cream.
  8. Gradually add to butter and flour stirring constantly.
  9. When smooth stir in salt.
  10. Serve sauce with chicken.
