Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon first, and then dip the pork chops in flour mixed with pepper and salt.
  2. Save the leftover flour mix.
  3. Fry the chops in the hot bacon drippings until brown on both sides.
  4. Turn down heat, cover, and cook until chops are tender, about 30 minutes.
  5. Stir the leftover flour into the fat and cook until browned.
  6. Pour the milk over the chops and simmer until gravy is thickened.
