Instructions

  1. Grease and flour a large fluted cake pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  3. Beat oil, milk, extract and sugar till well combined.
  4. Beat in eggs to combine.
  5. Sift dry ingredients together and beat into to wet mixture and combine well.
  6. Stir in fruits and nuts.
  7. Turn batter into pan and bake until tested done with wooden toothpick- about 60 to 75 minutes.
  8. Cool in pan 15 minutes and remove to rack to cool well.
  9. Wrap overnight before slicing for best flavor.
  10. Dust with sugar/cocoa.
  11. Freezes well.
