1/8 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup butter, soft and room temperature

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon orange extract

4 ounces condensed milk

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

4 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

8 ounces cream cheese, soft and room temperature

1 teaspoon honey

1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- For the Cupcakes:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl; flour, baking powder, salt.
- In another bowl, mix wet ingredients together until well-incorporated; butter, sugar, egg and orange extract.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, then add condensed milk, cheddar cheese mixing until incorporated.
- Using a scoop, fill lined muffin tins half-way. Then place a cube of Velveeta cheese into each muffin. Cover with batter, so the muffin tins are 3/4 of the way full.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool before frosting.
- For the Frosting:
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, honey and hot sauce with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Pipe onto cupcakes using a pastry bag and tip; garnish with chives.
