8 ounces tomatillos, husks removed, rinsed, cut into 1/4 inch pieces

8 ounces ripe kiwi, peeled, cut into 1/4 inch pieces

1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped

3 serranos, seeds removed, finely chopped

3 garlic cloves, finely grated

6 tablespoons fresh lime juice

3 tablespoons finely chopped basil, preferably Thai basil

kosher salt
Instructions
- Toss tomatillo, kiwi, onion, serrano, garlic, lime juice, and basil in a small bowl to combine; season with salt.
- Cover and chill 1 hour to allow flavors to come together.
