Instructions
- Roll out the pizza dough.
- Cut into 4 1/2" x 7 1/2" shapes (depending on the size of the mold).
- Place each pizza dough square into a pineapple upside down mini cake pan.
- Add a layer of ricotta cheese, then pineapple chunks, cubed ham, mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Seal the pizza dough completely.
- Bake 400F for 20 minutes.
- Serve with marinara dipping sauce.
