Instructions

  1. Roll out the pizza dough.
  2. Cut into 4 1/2" x 7 1/2" shapes (depending on the size of the mold).
  3. Place each pizza dough square into a pineapple upside down mini cake pan.
  4. Add a layer of ricotta cheese, then pineapple chunks, cubed ham, mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  5. Seal the pizza dough completely.
  6. Bake 400F for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with marinara dipping sauce.
