Instructions

  1. Combine the prunes, sugar, lemon rind and lemon juice in a small pt.
  2. Cook, stirring over low heat until thick.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. blend remaining ingredients until crumbly.
  5. Pack half the oat mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 8 inch square pan.
  6. Spread with prunes and then top with remaining oat mixture.
  7. Pat lightly into the pan.
  8. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  9. Let cool before cutting.
