Instructions

  1. Put almonds, sugar and butter into food processor.
  2. Process until almonds are finely ground, scraping bowl as necessary.
  3. Add almond extract and 2 Tbl of the beaten egg white.
  4. Process until mixed.
  5. Stor in airtight container in the refrigerator until needed (up to 1 week).
  6. Bring to room temperature before using.
