Instructions

  1. MIX crumbs and margarine; press on bottom of 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  3. BLEND sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs, lemon peel and juice until smooth; pour over baked crust.
  4. BAKE at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  5. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  6. Cut into squares.
  7. Serve warm.
