Instructions

  1. Cook first 3 ingredients on the stove, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce and next 8 ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring often, 30 minutes.
  6. Add uncooked pasta, cover and simmer another 20-30 minutes (or longer, if desired).
  7. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
