Instructions

  1. Wash rice; drain.
  2. Add all ingredients together in a large sauce pot; bring to a boil.
  3. Turn heat to low and cook until thickened (about an hour and a half to 2 hours) stirring often.
  4. Pour into large bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Serve warm or chilled.
