Instructions

  1. heat oil in skillet, add chops, season and saute about 5 mins per side until cooked through.
  2. remove to plate and keep warm.
  3. toss mushrooms in flour, add to pan.
  4. add chicken stock cook a few minutes until thickened.
  5. add cream, nutmeg and salt& pepper to taste.
  6. spoon sauce over chops, serve.
