Instructions

  1. Rinse asparagus and trim off bottom of stalks.
  2. Place on grill over high heat and cook, turning frequently, until crisp tender and lightly charred.
  3. Remove from grill and place in a bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar and sugar.
  5. Pour over asparagus and toss to coat well.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
  7. Serve hot, cold or at room temperature.
