Instructions

  1. In a large skillet cook and stir onion wedges in hot butter and olive oil over medium heat about 4 mins.
  2. or until tender but not brown.
  3. Stir in green onions, hoisin sauce, and paprika.
  4. Add corn, beans, celery and red sweet pepper.
  5. Cook and stir until heated through.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl.
