- Put shredded beef in pan, sprinkle with flour, add butter, and slightly brown.
- Add milk and stir until thick.
- Serve on toast or waffles.
I've had this recipe for years given to me by my mother. I have to at least triple this when I make it. The recipe says 4 servings, but we like a lot on our toast. We love it for breakfast with fried eggs. Yummy! I also add ground black pepper to mine, but that's just how I like it. Cook and prep times are approximate.
