Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream& ketchup until smooth.
  2. Stir in corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and onion until blended.
  3. Transfer to a small greased crock pot.
  4. Cook on Low 3 to 4 hours.
  5. May also be baked in a covered 1 qt dish for 30 minutes at 375*.
  6. Serve with crackers or snack rye bread.
