Instructions

  1. In large skillet, melt 2 Tablespoons margarine.
  2. Cook onion in margarine until tender.
  3. Stir in broccoli cheese soup, milk, potatoes and pepper to taste.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover; simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  7. Sprinkle with cooked crumbled bacon.
  8. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
