Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and water.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Stir in lemon and lime juices.
  6. Put in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
  7. Seal and refrigerate at least 6 hours before using.
  8. This can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
