Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes with water (Do not peel.).
  2. Rub with shortening to soften up skins (If you want, optional).
  3. Wrap in aluminum foil.
  4. Bake at 375* 1- 1 1/2 hours.
  5. OR Pierce potatoes with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  6. Arrange an inch apart in circle shape on a paper towel.
  7. Microwave 12- 15 minutes.
