Instructions

  1. Cook linguine until al dente.
  2. Coat chicken with Cajun seasonings and sauté until cooked.
  3. Add peppers, mushrooms and green onions; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream.
  5. Add seasonings and heat through.
  6. Serve over linguine and top with Parmesan cheese.
