Instructions

  1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet.
  2. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
  3. Drain, and crumble.
  4. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, bacon, sunflower seeds and onion.
  5. Prepare the dressing in a small bowl by whisking together the red wine vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  6. Combine dressing with salad.
  7. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
