Instructions

  1. Spread onion and tomato in a 9-inch pastry shell.
  2. Mix eggs, yogurt, milk, salt, pepper and basil.
  3. Pour into pastry shell.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees ot 10 minutes.
  6. Then bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
  7. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
