Instructions

  1. In a large nonstick frying pan, brown ground beef.
  2. Add onion, garlic and basil.
  3. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce and broth.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add macaroni.
  7. Reduce heat, cover and allow to cook for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Stir in zucchini or green beans.
  9. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes or until macaroni and zucchini are tender.
  10. If needed, add more broth.
