Instructions

  1. Make a white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
  2. Slightly thaw potatoes and add to white sauce.
  3. Add onions, sour cream, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix well and heat through.
  5. Pour into buttered 3 quart casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over potatoes.
  7. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
