Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain saving 2 tablespoons of pan drippings.
  3. Sauté the onions in the drippings until tender.
  4. Add in the brown sugar,vinegar, salt, mustard and garlic powder.
  5. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until the onions are brown.
  6. Combine the beans in the crock pot.
  7. Add the onions mix and bacon; stir well.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beans are tender.
  9. Enjoy!
