Instructions

  1. Cream margarine, shortening, sugars, eggs, corn syrup, water and vanilla; beat well.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, spices and salt; add to creamed mixture.
  3. Beat well; stir in oats and raisins.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly on sheet before removing to cooling racks.
