Instructions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Mix in crab meat. Season
  3. to taste with pepper.
  4. (Can be prepared 8 hours ahead.
  5. Cover and refrigerate.) Place 1 heaping tsp crab mixture on base of each endive spear.
  6. Sprinkle with cilantro.
  7. Arrange on platter in spoke pattern and serve.
