Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat oil and then cook onion and green pepper, stirring frequently, until tender.
  2. If necessary, add a bit of water or broth so it doesn't stick.
  3. Stir in beans and drained pineapple.
  4. In a small bowl, stir cornstarch into reserve pineapple juice.
  5. Add to saucepan.
  6. Add spices.
  7. Cook, stirring, until it boils.
  8. Cook and stir 1 minuter longer.
