Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with onion until beef is no longer pink and onion is clear; add garlic and mushrooms; sauté about 2 minute.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add soup and remaining ingredients except sour cream.
  4. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in sour cream and parsley, chives or dill.
  6. Serve with rice or noodles.
