  1. Mix tequila, marmalade, sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and mint together heat till sugar is dissolved.
  2. Preheat Grill.
  3. Place pineapple on grill.
  4. Baste with tequila mixture while grilling.
  5. Turn occasionally.
  6. Grill about 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
