Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. Slice fennel in halves or quarters if large.
  3. Arrange in a small casserole dish.
  4. Combine oil, garlic and white wine and pour mixture over fennel.
  5. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Microwave Method: Cook on high for 12- 15 minutes.
