Instructions

  1. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla together.
  2. Add eggs, cornmeal, evaporated milk, and stir together well.
  3. Add vinegar.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 300 degrees F for 40 minutes.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Cut and top with whipped cream.
