Instructions

  1. heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet.
  2. add onions and saute 3-4 minutes.
  3. add garlic, stir.
  4. add water, stock, lemon zest, bring to a boil.
  5. stir in couscous, cover, remove from heat, let it stand 5 minutes.
  6. fluff with a fork, add fresh herbs, lemon juice, 1 tbsp oil, salt& pepper to taste.
