Instructions

  1. In a bowl (or 4 cup glass measuring cup is easier) add powdered sugar and cocoa.
  2. Cut in soft butter with a knife or fork.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Using mixer beat until fluffy.
  5. Add the milk or cream now until spreadable consistency is achieved.
  6. Frost COOLED (if warm it will melt the butter) cake, cookies, brownies, whatever!
  7. I use this recipe for my Moist Fudgy Cocoa Brownies.
  8. Yummy!
