Instructions

  1. Cut beans 1 inch long.
  2. Steam until crisp and tender, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat and add mustard seeds.
  4. When they pop, turn heat low and add garlic and ginger.
  5. Add rest of ingredients.
  6. Mix well and heat through.
  7. Serve warm, not hot.
