Instructions

  1. Cut ham into small chunks.
  2. Melt butter in a medium frying pan.
  3. Add shallots& ham and cook until golden.
  4. Season with salt& pepper, to taste.
  5. Stir in the cream and keep warm over low heat while the pasta is cooking.
  6. Boil the pasta in a large pan of boiling water.
  7. Cook"al dente".
  8. Drain pasta& mix with sauce.
  9. Serve immediately.
