Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly butter and flour an 9-inch square baking pan; set aside.
  3. Beat brown sugar, butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla and salt.
  5. Beat until well blended.
  6. Stir in espresso powder, flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips.
  8. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  9. Bake for 30 mins.
  10. or until skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  11. Cool completely in pan; cut and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
