Instructions

  1. Put the potatoes, red bell pepper, and onion in the bottom of a 6 quart crock pot and place chicken on top.
  2. In a medium bowl mix the tomatoes, all spices, and the chicken broth.
  3. Pour over chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on High 4- 5 hours (or Low for 8- 10).
  5. If using low, switch to high.
  6. Combine cornstarch and water and add to crock pot.
  7. Cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
