Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, pepper, mustard seeds and celery seeds in a saucepan, and mix well.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in corn, green pepper, onion, pimento, and jalapeño.
  5. Let stand until cool.
  6. Chill covered until serving time.
