Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in saucepan.
  2. Add both sugars.
  3. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add egg replacer and vanilla to butter mixture.
  5. Add butter mixture to flour mixture.
  6. Add chocolate and nuts if desired.
  7. Let cool in fridge for 1 hour.
  8. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 375.
