Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well blended and there are no lumps.
  3. Pour into piecrust and sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and then reduce the oven temperature to 300.
  5. Bake for another 50 minutes or until the filling is firm.
