Instructions

  1. Spray slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  2. In prepared container, combine thawed vegetables & onion.
  3. Add mushroom soup, pimiento & cheese.
  4. Hint: Thaw vegetables by placing them in a colander and rinsing them under hot water for one minute.
  5. Mix well to combine.
  6. Cover & cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
  7. Mix well before serving.
