Instructions

  1. Remove seeds from orange and lemon.
  2. Using coarse blade, force fruit through food chopper with raisins and unpeeled apples.
  3. Add cider.
  4. Put in kettle and bring to boil.
  5. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
  6. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer for 20 minutes longer, or until thick.
  7. Makes enough filling for three 9-inch pies.
