Instructions

  1. Using an electric frying pan, brown pork chops in olive oil.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Lower heat and add can of cheese soup, then fill can with milk and add.
  4. Stir with whisk until smooth.
  5. Add pork chops, potatoes and onion.
  6. Bring temperature up to simmer.
  7. Simmer covered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve in a casserole dish.
  9. (Very rich & delicious!).
