Instructions

  1. Shred cabbage like for slaw.
  2. Soak in cold water until all is shredded.
  3. Take 1 1/2 quart pot, heat up bacon drippings.
  4. Add cabbage, shaking off excess water.
  5. Pot will be full.
  6. Salt and pepper to your taste.
  7. Cover with lid.
  8. Stir a couple of times.
  9. Cook 5-10 minutes.
