Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs boneless round steak (1/2 inch cubes)

2 tablespoons oil

1 cup chopped onion

3 cloves minced garlic

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon caraway seed

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 cup sour cream
-
hot buttered noodles

1 teaspoon dill seed
Instructions
- Brown beef in oil; add onion and garlic, and saute until tender.
- Add tomato sauce and all seasonings EXCEPT sour cream and noodles.
- Cover and cook SLOWLY about 2 1/2 hours.
- Add sour cream just before serving (do not BOIL after adding sour cream).
- Serve over hot buttered noodles.
