Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes.
  2. Dice.
  3. In a large saucepan filled with water, put the potatoes inches.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cover.
  6. Cook until tender.
  7. Drain the potatoes.
  8. Return to the saucepan and mash potatoes and milk together with a potato masher.
  9. Stir in onion dip, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and bacon.
  10. Serve hot.
