Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375*.
  2. Line muffin tins with 12 paper or foil liners.
  3. Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Add milk, oil and egg; stir until just moistened.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and spoon into prepared muffin tins.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly and remove from pan.
