Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Chop potatoes into 1 and 1/2 inch cubes.
  3. In a plastic bowl toss spuds with oil.
  4. Cover with spike and pepper and toss well.
  5. Place in Cast Iron Skillet and place in center of oven.
  6. Cook for 1 hour or until golden and tender when poked with a fork.
