Instructions

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare an ungreased 13 x 9-in baking pan.
  3. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  4. Press mixture into ungreased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Combine milk and coconut; mix well, spread over crust.
  7. Bake for another 10-12 minutes.
  8. Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small saucepan.
  9. Cook, over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate melts.
  10. Spread over coconut layer.
  11. Garnish with chopped peanuts, if desired.
  12. Cool and cut into bars.
